Early Voting

What is Early Voting?

As a convenience to the voter, the Supervisor of Elections will provide early voting at designated early voting sites beginning 10 days prior to an election and ending two days before the election.

During this period, early voting is conducted 12 hours per day Monday through Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday.  The voter will use the same type of voting equipment that is used at the polls on Election Day.

How to Vote Early

The Supervisor of Elections will designate early voting sites 30 days prior to an election.  Early voting will be offered in the main or branch offices of the Supervisor of Elections.  The Supervisor may also designate any city hall or public library as an early voting site.  To vote early, eligible voters must present a current and valid signature and photo identification at any designated early voting site.  Click here for a list of Early Voting locations.
